• Senior Toolpusher / Toolpusher – Supervises drilling operations
• Driller – Operates drilling equipment
• Barge Captain – Responsible for rig stability and marine operations
• Chief Mechanic – Maintains mechanical systems
• Chief Electrician – Responsible for electrical systems
• Chief Electronic Technician (CET) – Handles instrumentation and electronics
