Burgan Drilling Company is currently recruiting is specifically for positions in Kuwait.

We are seeking experienced and safety-oriented professionals for our deep and development rig operations. Candidates must have strong knowledge of drilling operations, safety procedures, and rig standards. GCC experienced candidates are preferred. All applicants must have a minimum of 3 years in their current position.
 
Open Positions & Requirements:
1.   Toolpusher
 10–15 years of drilling experience; must have worked on 3000HP & 2000HP rigs.
2.   Night Pusher
 10–12 years of drilling experience; must have worked on 3000HP & 2000HP rigs.
3.   Driller
 8–10 years of drilling experience; 3000HP & 2000HP rig experience required. TDS experience is mandatory.
4.   Assistant Driller
 6–8 years of drilling experience; 3000HP & 2000HP rig experience required. TDS experience is mandatory.
5.   Derrickman / Floorman
 5–6 years of drilling experience; 3000HP & 2000HP rig experience required. TDS experience is mandatory.
6.   Senior Rig Mechanic
 Minimum 10 years of experience; 3000HP & 2000HP rig experience with PMS knowledge of all rig equipment.
7.   Senior Rig Electrician
 10–15 years of experience; 3000HP & 2000HP rig experience with strong knowledge of VFD and SCR systems.
8.   QHSE Manager
 15–20 years of drilling rig experience with expertise in HSE operations, deep & development rigs, HSE manuals, policies, training, and QMS compliance (API Q2 2nd Edition & ISO 9001:2015).
9.   QHSE Superintendent
 8–10 years of relevant drilling rig experience with knowledge of HSE operations and QMS compliance (API Q2 2nd Edition & ISO 9001:2015).
10.    QHSE Officer / Safety Officer
 6–8 years of drilling rig experience; NEBOSH & IOSH certification required. Engineering degree is mandatory. Strong knowledge of HSE operations and QMS standards (API Q2 2nd Edition & ISO 9001:2015).
 
 
General Requirements
Engineering degree, bachelor’s degree, or diploma preferred
Strong knowledge of drilling and deep drilling operations
Excellent understanding of HSE standards
GCC experience is an advantage
Valid WELL SHARP / IWCF / IADC certification (minimum 6 months validity) for senior drilling crew
