 Hiring – Drilling Rig Professionals 
As a leading manpower supplier for the oil & gas industry, we, at Ocean Manpower Supply Services, are building our talent pool of drilling rig staff to support our Clients’ upcoming projects across the Middle East, Africa and Turkey.
We invite qualified candidates to apply for the following positions:

1. Toolpusher (Rig Manager)
 •Qualification: High school diploma or technical diploma (B.Sc. degree preferred).
 •Experience: 10–12 years total rig experience, at least 3–5 years as Driller / Night Toolpusher.
 
2. Night Toolpusher (Deputy Rig Manager)
 •Qualification: High school diploma or technical diploma (B.Sc. degree preferred).
 •Experience: 8–10 years rig experience, 2–3 years as Driller.
 
3. Rig Engineer
 •Qualification: B.Sc. Mechanical, Petroleum, or Electrical Engineering.
 •Experience: 3–5 years drilling engineering or rig operations exposure.
 
4. HSE Officer
 •Qualification: NEBOSH/OSHA/IOSH, HSE diploma preferred.
 •Experience: 5–7 years in oilfield safety, 2+ years on drilling rigs.
📌 Note:
 These are minimum standards; many of our clients or operating companies may require higher and additional qualifications (esp. offshore, HPHT, or Deepwater).
