​We are expanding our workforce and seeking certified, experienced professionals for full-time onsite operator roles across all UAE Oil & Gas sites (Onshore, Offshore, and Rigs).
Open Positions (All Operator Disciplines):

​⚙️ Process / Production Operators (Oil, Gas Processing, Refinery, & Utilities)
​🏗 Rig & Drilling Operators (Derrickmen, Roustabouts, Roughnecks, & Floorhands)
​🚜 Heavy Equipment & Lifting Operators (Crane, Rigging, & Heavy Machinery)
​🔧 Field & Wellhead Operators (Piping, Manifold, & Well Testing)
​⛽️ Terminal, Depot, & Pumping Operators (Tank Farm & Pipeline Fleet)
and other operators as well
Key Requirements not limited to:

Industry Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years of direct hands-on technical experience in Oil & Gas field operations, processing plants, or rig environments.
Educational Background: College University Diploma in relevant experience.
Deployment & Site Mobility: 100% Onsite across all UAE locations (Onshore, Offshore & Rigs). Full flexibility to transfer between project sites based on operational requirements.
Operational Readiness: Rigorous compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process safety standards, and emergency response protocols.

-Work Management System (WMS)
-Permit to Work (PTW)
-First Aid
-Firefighting
-Desert Driving License
-Forklift License
