⚠️ Valid Cyprus Endorsement is a mandatory requirement. Applications without a valid Cyprus Endorsement cannot be considered.

Required:
✅ CoC appropriate to rank
✅ Cyprus Endorsement
✅ STCW Certificates
✅ BOSIET / FOET (OPITO)
✅ OEUK Medical
