We are hiring for technical, safety, support, and logistical positions across Drilling & Workover (D&WO) operations in Saudi Arabia. Explore our active roles below.
8. Rig Superintendent 👈
• BS Degree in Petroleum Engineering.
• Min. 10 years of experience in drilling engineering and operations.
• Current valid certificate in BOP and well control; valid Saudi driving license.
9. Rig HSE Coordinator 👈
• BS degree/equivalent in HSE or 5 years safety experience in alternate heavy industry.
• Min. 5 years in drilling industry, with min. 12 months safety role in an H2S environment.
• Valid NVQ Level 3, NEBOSH certificate, or equivalent. Incident investigation/RCA Team Leader.
10. D&WO Well Control Expert 👈
• Min. 5 years in all Drilling & Workover Operations; field experience as Driller/Tool Pusher highly recommended.
• Min. 3 years’ experience as a well control Instructor in an internationally recognized institute.
• Expert in handling DS 6000, DS 5000 & DS 20 simulators.
11. Tool Pusher & Rig Technical Coordinator 👈
• Tool Pusher: High School + min. 5 years drilling experience. Willing to live under trailer/camp conditions.
• Technical Coordinator: Degree or equivalent + 2 years experience in rig technical coordination.
12. Support Engineers & Analysts 👈
• Assistant Engineer: Degree/Technical Diploma + 1 year experience. Skill in Auto-CAD, Micro Station, survey data, geometric/volumetric calculations.
• Maintenance Planner: High School + 1 year experience + completion of Maintenance Planner/Training Program.
• Program Development Analyst: Bachelor Degree + 1 year training experience + strong D&WO background.
13. Logistics, Rigger & Operators 👈
• Material Expeditor: High School + 1 year relevant asset/computer expediting experience.
• Rigger: High School + 1 year experience. Sufficient math/English to read crane capacity/load charts.
• Forklift Operator: High School + 1 year experience + valid Saudi Heavy Equipment Licence & Forklift Cert.
• Deep Desert Navigator: Min. 5 years documented navigation experience within the Rub’ Al Khali (Empty Quarter).
14. Emergency Control Center (ECC) & JMC Teams 👈
• ECC Operator: IT Diploma + 1 year emergency response center experience + MS Office skills.
• JMC Coordinator: IT Diploma + 1 year experience + automated vehicle location (AVL)/Journey management systems.
• JMC Operator: IT Diploma + 1 year relevant asset/IT tracking experience.
General Requirements: Full fluency in English is mandatory across all roles to comprehend and execute operational and safety instructions. Rotational shifts and isolated camp conditions apply where noted.
