DrillCore Energy Solutions is expanding its team for an upcoming Geothermal Drilling Project in Europe, with mobilization planned for November 2026.
Looking for experienced, motivated and safety-driven professionals to join an international team and contribute to a high-standard geothermal drilling operation.
🚨 POSITIONS AVAILABLE
👷‍♂️ 1 × TOOLPUSHER
💧 3 × MUD ENGINEERS
🦺 3 × HSE SITE OFFICERS
📍 Location: Europe
📅 Mobilization: November 2026
📑 Contract: 6 months + possibility of extension

🎯 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✅ Proven and verifiable experience in the position applied for
✅ Previous Geothermal / Oil & Gas / Drilling experience
✅ Valid and up-to-date industry certifications
✅ MIST or BOSIET, as applicable
✅ Valid OGUK Medical / equivalent recognized medical certification, as applicable
✅ Relevant IWCF certification, where required for the position
✅ Strong understanding of drilling operations, HSE procedures and industry standards
✅ Excellent safety awareness and professional attitude
✅ Ability to work effectively within a multicultural and international team
For Mud Engineers, strong practical experience in drilling fluids, mud properties, treatment programs, solids control and fluid monitoring is essential.
For HSE Site Officers, candidates must demonstrate strong knowledge of HSE management systems, risk assessments, PTW, toolbox talks, incident prevention and drilling-site safety standards.
For the Toolpusher position, we are looking for a proven drilling leader with strong operational, supervisory and HSE capabilities.
