1. Rig Superintendent :
- Min 10 years of experience, Diploma/Bachelor, at least has 6 years experience as Superintendent, APB certificate, IADC/IWCF certificate, and Basic Sea Survival/T-BOSIET that is still valid.

2. Tool Pusher :
- Min 8 years of experience, Diploma/Bachelor, at least has 4 years experience as Tool Pusher, APB certificate, IADC/IWCF certificate, and Basic Sea Survival/T-BOSIET that is still valid.

3. Driller :
- Min 6 years of experience, Diploma/Bachelor, at least has 3 years experience as Driller, Juru Bor Darat Certificate, IADC/IWCF certificate, and Basic Sea Survival/T-BOSIET that is still valid.

4. Electrician SPV :
- Min 10 years of experience, Diploma/Bachelor, at least has 5 years experience on Supervisory level , Basic Sea Survival/T-BOSIET that is still valid.

5. Mechanic SPV :
- Min 10 years of experience, Diploma/Bachelor, at least has 5 years experience on Supervisory level , Basic Sea Survival/T-BOSIET that is still valid.

6. Doctor :
- Min 5 years of experience, Bachelor, ATLS and Hyperkes, ACLS certificate, and Basic Sea Survival/T-BOSIET that is still valid.

7. Floorman :
- Min 3 years of experience, High School, at least has 1 years experience as Floorman, Operator Lantai Bor Darat (OLB) Certificate, and Basic Sea Survival/T-BOSIET that is still valid.

8. Motorman :
- Min 2 years of experience, High School, at least has 1 years experience as Motorman, Basic Sea Survival/T-BOSIET that is still valid.

9. Roustabout & Mud Boy :
- High School, Basic Sea Survival/T-BOSIET that is still valid.

10. Security :
- High School, Basic Sea Survival/T-BOSIET that is still valid.

11. Field Coordinator :
- Min 2 years of experience, High School, Basic Sea Survival/T-BOSIET that is still valid.
