Rig Mechanic	Muscat, OM
Rig Electrician	Muscat, OM

1. Rig Mechanic (Job Requisition: 825)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Chief Mechanic / Mechanic with routine preventive maintenance of the rig.
Support mechanical maintenance requirements for both the rig and camp facilities.
Carry out duties assigned by the Chief Mechanic / Mechanic.
Monitor the proper functioning of rig and camp mechanical equipment while on duty.
Perform tasks assigned by the Tool Pusher or Night Tool Pusher.
Stand in for the Mechanic during their absence.
Serve as a member of the Rig / Camp Fire Team as instructed.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
0 – 2 years of relevant experience
2. Rig Electrician (Job Requisition: 826)
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Chief Electrician in the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
Assist with generators, transformers, electric motors, SCR, AC-AC, and VFD systems.
Maintain and repair UPS systems, refrigeration/AC electrical components, galley and accommodation appliances, heating systems, and water-making systems.
Support maintenance of lighting systems, drilling equipment electrical controls (mud pumps, top drives, drawworks, EC brakes, etc.), air purge systems, solid-state circuits, motor starters, and MCC protective devices.
Adhere to all company safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and report issues to the Chief Electrician.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
0 – 2 years of experience
Location: Muscat, Oman
