ILAS Hiring: Onshore Drilling Project (Saudi Arabia)

ILAS is exclusively seeking qualified Algerian drilling professionals willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia for onshore land rig operations. Face-to-face interviews will be conducted in Algiers.

🌍 Work Location: Saudi Arabia

Available Positions

🔹 Driller — 56 Positions

Minimum 5 years of experience in oil and gas drilling operations, including at least 2 years as a Driller
NOV Cyber Chair experience is mandatory
Brake handle experience is mandatory
High school diploma or equivalent; a technical diploma in Drilling or Petroleum Engineering is an advantage
Rotation: 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off

🔹 Rig Manager — 28 Positions

Minimum 10 years of experience in drilling operations, including at least 3 years in a rig management position
Valid IWCF Level 4 or IADC Well Control certification
Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred
Strong leadership, operational planning and rig-management capabilities
Rotation: 5 weeks on / 5 weeks off

🔹 Rig HSE Specialist — 28 Positions

Minimum 5 years of HSE experience within the oil and gas industry, preferably in drilling operations
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
Knowledge of drilling HSE standards, risk assessment, permit-to-work systems and emergency-response procedures
Preferred certifications: NEBOSH IGC or Diploma, IOSH Managing Safely and OSHA 30-Hour General Industry
Rotation: 5 weeks on / 5 weeks off

🔹 Maintenance Rig Electrician — 28 Positions

Minimum 8 years of oil and gas electrical-maintenance experience, including at least 5 years as a Senior Electrician
Proven experience on onshore drilling rigs, platforms or production facilities
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electrical Maintenance, or a related discipline
Strong knowledge of rig electrical systems, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
Rotation: 5 weeks on / 5 weeks off
