Open Roles & Overview

• Rig Mechanics: Maintain, inspect, and repair drill rigs, hydraulic systems, engines, pumps, and winches. Troubleshoot mechanical faults and enforce strict site isolation/permit safety protocols.

• Drillers: Lead drill crews in operating diamond, RC, exploration, and production rigs. Responsible for sampling accuracy, core recovery, daily pre-start hazards, and mentoring local PNG trainees.

Requirements

• Proven experience in rig mechanics/heavy equipment repair OR drilling rig operations.

• Strong leadership abilities and commitment to HSE standards.
