Position: Recruitment Officer – Drilling & Petroleum Services
Location: Val d'Hydra, Algiers, Algeria
Contract Type: One-year renewable fixed-term contract
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Recruit specialized professionals for drilling and petroleum service operations.
Gather recruitment requirements from operational teams.
Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates.
Conduct candidate pre-screening interviews and support the evaluation process.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for Oil & Gas professionals.
Manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Monitor labor market trends within the Oil & Gas industry.
Support HR initiatives and recruitment-related projects.

✅ Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in:
Drilling
Petroleum Engineering
Hydrocarbons
Geology
Or another Oil & Gas-related discipline
Good understanding of drilling operations and Oil & Gas professions.
Strong interest in recruitment and human resources.
Excellent communication skills in French.
Fluent English is mandatory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or sourcing techniques is an advantage.
Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
