Direction Goals, EnerCrew MENA, on behalf of a leading Oil & Gas client, is seeking experienced Onshore Drilling Crew professionals to support upcoming drilling operations across Saudi Arabia.

Open Positions:
✅ Floorman
✅ Roustabout

Requirements:
✅ Any Nationality
✅ Must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia
✅ Must have a valid and transferable Iqama
✅ Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
✅ Previous experience working on onshore drilling rigs
✅ Strong knowledge of drilling operations and rig equipment
✅ Valid drilling-related certifications and training
✅ Strong commitment to HSE standards and safe work practices
✅ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced rig environment
