Minh Việt Company is hiring experienced offshore personnel for an upcoming Exploration Drilling Campaign on a Jack-Up Rig in Offshore Vietnam.
Open Positions

• Assistant Driller – Salary based on experience
• Motorman – VND 2,500,000/day
• Floorman – VND 2,000,000/day
• Derrickman – VND 2,100,000/day
• Crane Operator – VND 2,700,000/day
• Electrician – VND 2,000,000/day
• Scaffolding Leader – VND 1,700,000/day
• Scaffolder Level 2 – VND 1,350,000/day
• Painting Leader – VND 1,700,000/day
• Painter – VND 1,400,000/day
• Roustabout Leader – VND 1,650,000/day
• Roustabout – VND 1,350,000/day
• Maintenance Technician – VND 2,000,000/day
• Welder – VND 2,000,000/day

Project Details
📍 Location: Jack-Up Rig – Offshore Vietnam 🇻🇳
🛢 Project Duration: Approximately 6 months (with possible extension)
🔄 Rotation: 28 Days On / 28 Days Off
📅 Mobilization: Early August 2026
Requirements
Previous Offshore experience is mandatory.
Valid offshore documentation and certifications.
Leader, Motorman, and Crane Operator candidates must be able to communicate in English.
Required certificates/documents include:
OPITO T-BOSIET
Valid Offshore Medical Certificate
Occupational Safety & Health Certificate (Decree 44)
Valid Boarding Pass documentation
