🔧 Job Summary

We are looking for motivated Roustabouts to support general rig operations, including lifting, rigging, housekeeping, and equipment maintenance. This role is essential for ensuring safe and efficient offshore/onshore drilling activities.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

🔹 General Duties

• Support daily rig operations aligned with safety and performance goals

• Assist drilling crew, welders, and maintenance teams

• Maintain rig cleanliness and organization

🔹 Lifting Operations

• Hook loads and assist crane/forklift operators

• Perform safe rigging & slinging practices

• Act as banksman when required

🔹 Rig Move

• Assist in rig move preparation and execution

🔹 Drilling / Workover Support

• Assist with drilling mud preparation and mixing

• Handle tubulars and drilling tools

• Support drill floor operations

🔹 Materials & Equipment

• Maintain, inspect, and store lifting equipment properly

• Ensure thread protectors are correctly installed

🔹 Housekeeping

• Keep work areas hazard-free and organized

• Follow waste management and safety policies

• Assist with surface preparation and painting

🎓 Requirements

✔️ Education & Experience

• High School / Technical Qualification

• Preferably 1+ year experience in Oil & Gas

• Age: 20 – 27 years

✔️ Skills

• Basic English communication

• Basic math skills

• Teamwork & time management

• Strong safety awareness

💪 Physical Requirements

• Ability to climb, lift, push & pull regularly

• Comfortable working in extreme conditions (heat, noise, humidity, cold)

• Willingness to work day/night shifts
