AMS Algeria is expanding its team and is seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer specializing in Oil Drilling & Petroleum Services. Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze recruitment requirements from clients and operational teams.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to drilling and petroleum service roles.
Identify, approach, and recruit highly qualified drilling professionals.
Conduct candidate interviews, technical pre-screening, and competency assessments.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for drilling and Oil & Gas positions.
Manage candidates throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
Monitor market trends and stay up to date with recruitment developments in the Oil & Gas sector.
Deliver high-quality recruitment services while meeting client expectations and project deadlines.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) or equivalent.
Proven recruitment experience with a specialization in Oil Drilling and Petroleum Services.
Strong understanding of onshore drilling operations and related job functions.
Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases, recruitment platforms, and direct headhunting.
Excellent communication skills in French.
English proficiency is mandatory.
Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
