💰 Attractive Wages:
👨‍✈️ Master / Chief Engineer: USD 14,500–16,000
🧭 Chief Officer / Second Engineer: USD 10,000–12,500
⚡ ETO: USD 7,000–8,000
🔧 Second Officer / Third Engineer: USD 5,000–6,000
⚙️ Third Officer / Fourth Engineer: USD 4,000–4,600
🌊 Fourth Engineer: USD 4,000–4,600
🚢 Able Seaman / Motorman: USD 2,800–3,500
👨‍🍳 Chief Cook: USD 2,800–3,000
⚓ Ordinary Seaman: USD 1,800–2,000

🌍 Preferred Nationalities:
Latvian, Ukrainian, Indonesian, Georgian, and Romanian
