📌 Requirements:
• Relevant experience in oil & gas, drilling/workover rigs, or heavy industry
• Appropriate educational background, technical certifications & safety training

⭐ Preferred Qualifications:
• Technical diploma, bachelor’s degree, or professional certification
• Experience in drilling/workover rigs or field operations
• Strong understanding of HSE standards
• Good technical, reporting & communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in site/field conditions
• High level of discipline, responsibility & teamwork
