·        Male, max 56 years old

·        Minimum SMA/SMK

·        8+ years drilling experience

·        Certification: JB / APB (Migas), IWCF, or IADC WellCAP

·        POP Geothermal certification (preferred)

·        Strong knowledge of drilling equipment

·        Experience in oil, gas & geothermal projects

🛢️ Tool Pusher

·        Male, max 56 years old

·        Minimum SMA/SMK

·        10+ years drilling experience

·        APB certification (Migas), IWCF, or IADC WellCAP

·        POP Geothermal certification (preferred)

·        Strong knowledge of drilling equipment

·        Experience in oil, gas & geothermal projects

🔧 Senior Mechanic

·        Male, min 35 years old

·        Minimum SMA/SMK

·        8+ years in similar role

·        Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic & hydraulic systems

·        Able to read mechanical diagrams

·        Willing to work at project sites

⚡ Senior Electrician

·        Male, min 35 years old

·        Minimum SMA/SMK

·        8+ years in similar role

·        Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic & drilling instrumentation systems

·        Understanding of Rig SCR systems

·        MS Office skills required

·        Able to read electrical diagrams

·        Willing to work at project sites

🔧 Supervisor Mechanic

·        Male, min 40 years old

·        Minimum SMA/SMK

·        12+ years experience

·        Strong mechanical, pneumatic & hydraulic knowledge

·        Able to read mechanical diagrams

·        Willing to work at project sites
