🔹 EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

✔️ Rig Superintendent – 15 years drilling experience with minimum 4 years as Rig Superintendent
✔️ Tool Pusher – 10 years drilling experience including 2 years as Toolpusher
✔️ Driller – 8 years drilling experience including 2 years as Driller
✔️ HSE / Safety Officer – Relevant oilfield experience based on qualification
✔️ Assistant Driller / Operator – 4 years drilling experience
✔️ Derrickman / Floorman – Minimum 3 years drilling experience
✔️ Mechanical & Electrical Positions – Relevant oilfield experience required
✔️ Crane Operator – 4 years oilfield experience
✔️ Top Drive Service Engineer – Relevant D-3 or S-1 qualification with experience
