Hiring the following positions for our Marine Construction Company in Abu Dhabi:
 
 1- Workshop Supervisor:
 Requirements:
 Minimum 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and repair
 Extensive knowledge of drilling equipment and heavy machinery
 Strong experience in hydraulic systems and lifting equipment (cranes)
 Proven work experience within the UAE
 Ability to manage workshop operations and lead a technical team
 Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
 Candidates must be currently available in the UAE for an interview
 Responsibilities:
 Oversee daily workshop operations
 Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic issues
 Ensure timely maintenance and repair of equipment
 Supervise and support technical staff
 Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
 
2- Marine Construction Foreman
Requirements:
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in marine construction
Strong knowledge of marine equipment (barges, cranes, piling rigs, etc.)
UAE experience is highly preferred
Good leadership and communication skills
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for marine construction works
Lead teams involved in piling, dredging, quay wall, and jetty construction
Ensure work is executed according to project specifications and safety standards
Plan manpower, materials, and equipment usage efficiently
Monitor progress and report to project management
Enforce HSE policies and maintain a safe working environment
 
3- Logistics Personnel (Marine Construction)
Requirements:
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in logistics within marine construction, offshore, or heavy civil projects
Strong knowledge of material handling, equipment mobilization, and site coordination
Experience in marine operations, including barges, vessels, and offshore logistics
Familiarity with UAE regulations, port operations, and customs clearance
Proficiency in planning, reporting, and coordination with site teams
Responsibilities:
Plan and manage logistics operations for marine construction projects
Coordinate transportation, mobilization, and demobilization of equipment and materials
Liaise with suppliers, port authorities, and project teams
Ensure timely delivery of materials to site
Maintain accurate logistics records and reports
Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and cost control
 
4- Diesel Mechanic:
 Requirements:
 Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and repair
 Strong knowledge of drilling equipment and heavy machinery
 Proven expertise in hydraulic systems and lifting equipment (cranes)
 Previous UAE work experience is preferable
 Strong problem-solving skills
 Responsibilities:
 Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic issues
 Ensure timely maintenance and repair of all equipment
