Urgent Hiring – Roustabout | ADNOC (Outsourced Contract)
We are currently hiring Roustabouts for an outsourced contract with ADNOC across various locations in the UAE.
Requirements:
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Senior High School with Vocational Certificate
• Age Limit: Maximum 38 years
   Experience: From Philippines / Africa preferred
• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE
• Visit visa candidates are welcome, provided they have relevant experience in their home country
• Immediate joiners preferred
 
Rig Helper / Assistant / Roustabout (Oil & Gas – Drilling)***
 
Job Purpose:
 Assist in general cleaning, maintenance, cargo handling, chemical mixing, and basic rig operations. Support drilling activities and ensure compliance with safety standards under supervisor guidance.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning, painting, sandblasting, and maintenance tasks on the rig
Assist in chemical mixing and mud hopper operations
Support loading/unloading of drilling equipment and materials
Follow safe lifting, slinging, and crane signalling practices
Assist in pipe cleaning, thread protection, and rig move activities
Participate in safety meetings and comply with UAE & ADNOC regulations
 
Requirements:
Secondary education + 2-year Industrial Diploma
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role (Oil & Gas preferred)
Basic English communication skills
Knowledge of rig safety practices
