• Rig Manager: 10 yrs exp, must have IWCF4 or IADC cert
• Senior Welder: 6+yrs exp, 4G valid cert
• Welder: 3+yrs exp, 4G valid cert
• Drilling Engineer: 6+ yrs exp, must have IWCF4 or IADC cert
• Derrickman: 4+ yrs exp, IWCF 2 or IADC cert
• Directional Engineer: 6+yrs directional drilling, 6 wells of +2500m. and vertical 500+m. and 40+degree

 

Below position: prefer having Drillmec operation training

• Toolpusher: 8+ yrs exp, IWCF4 or IADC cert
• Driller: 6+ yrs exp, IWCF3 or IADC cert
• Chief Mechanic: 6+ yrs exp
• Chief Electrician: 6+ yrs exp
• Drilling Fluids Engineer: 3+ yrs exp, IWCF4 or IADC cert
• Senior Drilling Fluids Operator: 6+ yrs exp, IWCF2 or IADC cert
