Aspire Manpower Services is looking for motivated candidates to join our team for the position of Rig Helper / Assistant / Roustabout (Oil & Gas – Drilling).

🔧 Job Responsibilities:
✔️ Assist in rig cleaning, maintenance, and general operations
✔️ Support chemical mixing and mud hopper operations
✔️ Help in loading and unloading drilling equipment
✔️ Follow safe lifting, slinging, and crane signaling practices
✔️ Assist in pipe cleaning, thread protection, and rig move activities
✔️ Participate in safety meetings and follow UAE & ADNOC safety regulations
 
📌 Requirements:
✔️ Secondary education with a 2-year Industrial Diploma
✔️ Minimum 1 year of experience (Oil & Gas preferred)
✔️ Basic English communication skills
✔️ Knowledge of rig safety practices
