We are hiring experienced professionals for a reputed Oil & Gas Drilling Company in Saudi Arabia (Unconventional / High-Spec Rig Operations).
🔹 Open Positions:
 
1️⃣ Operation Manager
 
Experience: 15+ Years (Min. 5 years in multi-rig unconventional drilling leadership)
Role : Lead multi-rig unconventional drilling operations
Overall performance & cost control
Manpower planning & KPI monitoring
Client coordination
Full operational compliance across rigs
 
2️⃣ Rig Manager
Experience: 12+ Years (Min. 5 years as Rig Manager on 2000+ HP high-spec rigs)
Role : Complete rig operations management (2000+ HP rigs)
Crew performance & maintenance coordination
Operational safety & execution of drilling programs
3️⃣ HSE Manager
 
Experience: 12+ Years (Min. 5 years as HSE Manager/Supervisor on high-spec drilling rigs)
Role : Implement HSE management systems
Ensure regulatory compliance
Conduct audits & investigations
Risk control & client HSE coordination
 
4️⃣ Toolpusher
Experience: 12+ Years (Min. 3–4 years as Toolpusher on high-spec rigs)
Role : Supervise daily drilling operations (tour basis)
Monitor rig performance
Enforce safety compliance
Report operational progress
 
5️⃣ Driller
Experience: 8–10 Years (Min. 3 years as Driller on high-spec rigs)
Role : Operate 2000–3000 HP high-spec rigs
Handle unconventional / horizontal drilling
Control ROP, WOB, torque & pump parameters
Manage BOP & well control operations
Supervise rig floor crew
 
6️⃣ Assistant Driller
Experience: 6–8 Years (Min. 2 years as Assistant Driller on 2000+ HP rigs)
Role:
Assist in operating high-spec unconventional rigs
Monitor drilling parameters
Support well control operations
Supervise floor crew & act as Driller when required
✅ Key Requirements:
✔️ 2000–3000 HP High-Spec AC Drilling Rig experience (Mandatory)
✔️ Unconventional / Horizontal / Pad drilling experience
✔️ Strong Top Drive System (TDS) experience
✔️ Valid IWCF or IADC Well Control Certification (Driller & above mandatory)
✔️ Strong well control & safety compliance record
✔️ GCC experience mandatory
✔️ Rotation: 35 Days On / 35 Days Off (Equal Pay Structure)
