Novo Sdn Bhd is currently hiring offshore crew for an Accommodation Workboat (AWB).
This opportunity is open to local Bruneian, Malaysian, and Indonesian candidates.
 Other nationalities may also apply, subject to visa availability and local employment regulations. Visa limitations apply.
📅 Deployment: Last week of January 2026
 📍 Work Location: Brunei Waters
 🛳 Vessel Type: Accommodation Workboat (AWB)
 💰 Salary: To be discussed during screening
🔴 Open Positions (AWB):
Master – STCW Reg. II/2
Chief Engineer – STCW Reg. III/2
Chief Officer – STCW Reg. II/2
Second Officer – STCW Reg. II/1
Second Engineer – STCW Reg. III/2
Able Bodied Seaman (AB) – 4 Slots – STCW Reg. II/4
Oiler – 2 Slots – STCW Reg. III/4
Cook – 1 Slot
⚠️ Minimum Requirements:
Experience and familiarity with the same type of vessel (AWB)
Relevant AWB / offshore experience is required
Valid STCW certificates
Valid passport and Seaman’s Book
Complete and valid documents
Ready to join by January 2026
