·       Project Manager (With Extensive IPM experience)
·       Drilling Superintendents/Supervisors - Day & Night
·       HSE Manager
·       Senior Mud Engineer
·       Senior Cementing Engineer
·       Well Integrity Experts
·       Senior Process Engineer
 
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 15 years of relevant experience with world class IOCs/ OFS /EPC companies
Experience in HPHT and high H2S, CO2 environment
Excellent communication and leadership skills
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor  contractors performance according to set KPIs
Help set schedule & Milestones of well delivery and monitor progress
Strict Control of all procedures as defined in the contract between an Operator and Service contractors
Review technical decisions and provide recommendations to an Operator
Protect Operator  from cost driven risk  etc
