🏗 First: Operations and Drilling Functions
1. Offshore Installation Manager (OIM): 5 years experience as Reg Manager + OEM License.
2. Toolpusher: 6 years experience + Good Control level supervisor certification.
3. Tourpusher: 6 years experience as an excavator assistant or excavator + Well Control certification.
4. Driller: 4 years experience in offshore rigs + Well Control certification.
5. Assistant Driller: 4 years experience in offshore platforms + Well Control certification.
6. Derrickman: High School + 3-5 years of experience (includes a year as an Asst Derrickman).
7. Floorman: High school + two years of experience as a Roustabout or Floorhand.
🛠 Second: Technical Functions and Maintenance
1. Maintenance Supervisor: 5 years leadership experience + HVAC Universal License.
2. Electronic Technician: 3 years experience + completion of ARO OJT training.
3. Senior Electronic Technician: 5 years experience + completion of ARO OJT training.
4. Senior Electrician: 5 years experience + ARO OJT supervisory and training ability.
5. Electrician: 3 years experience + completion of ARO OJT training.
6. Senior Mechanic: 5 years experience + ARO OJT supervisory and training ability.
7. Mechanic: 3 years or 2 years field experience + ARO OJT training.
8. Motorman: General High School + 3-5 years experience as Roustabout or Floorhand.
9. Welder: One year experience + valid ABS 6G welding certification.
⚓️ Third: Marine Engineering and Support Services
1. Senior Barge Engineer: 10 years experience (of which 5 as a Barge Engineer).
2. Barge Engineer: 5 years of experience (including 2 years as an intern).
3. Crane Operator: 1 year of experience + Stage III certification (: Aramco license).
4. Assistant Crane Operator: 1 year of experience as an assistant + Aramco license.
5. Roustabout: Two years of experience in DIY (preferably offshore).
6. Radio Operator: 5 years experience (Jack-up) + GMDSS and H2S certifications.
7. Rig Safety Coach: HSE experience + NEBOSH, IOSH, or ASP/CSP certifications.
8. Storekeeper: 3 years of relevant work experience.
9. Senior Storekeeper: 7 years of relevant work experience.
