Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Tool Pusher with a strong background in drilling operations to oversee and manage rig activities in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective drilling operations while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee day-to-day drilling and rig operations
-Ensure drilling activities are carried out safely and efficiently
-Supervise drilling crew and coordinate with drilling engineers and supervisors
-Monitor equipment performance and ensure proper maintenance
-Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and regulations
-Prepare daily drilling reports and operational logs
-Coordinate with client representatives and third-party service providers
-Manage operational issues and troubleshoot drilling-related problems
-Ensure adherence to project timelines and operational targets

Required Skills & Experience:
-Minimum 8–10 years of experience in drilling operations, with proven experience as a Tool Pusher
-Strong knowledge of drilling practices, equipment, and well control
-Experience in Oil & Gas drilling projects
-Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
-Strong understanding of HSE standards and procedures
-Good communication and reporting skills
