🔹 Offshore Installation Manager (OIM)
🔹 Maintenance Supervisor
🔹 Senior Mechanic
🔹 Mechanic
✅ Eligibility Requirements
 
✔️ Valid International Passport
✔️ Relevant offshore or engineering certification
✔️ STCW Certification
✔️ OPITO-approved offshore training (preferred)
✔️ Valid offshore certifications, including:
 • BOSIET / FOET
 • HUET
 • OGUK / Offshore Medical
🛠 Experience Requirements
🔹 Offshore Installation Manager (OIM)
• 12–15 years offshore experience
• 5–7 years in an OIM or senior offshore leadership role
• Proven experience managing offshore installations, personnel, and operations
• Strong leadership in HSE compliance and emergency response
🔹 Maintenance Supervisor
• 8–10 years offshore experience
• 3–5 years in a supervisory or lead maintenance role
• Strong expertise in preventive and corrective maintenance systems
• Experience managing multidisciplinary maintenance teams
🔹 Senior Mechanic
• 6–8 years offshore mechanical experience
• 2–3 years in a senior or lead mechanic position
• Advanced troubleshooting of rig mechanical systems
• Experience mentoring junior mechanics
🔹 Mechanic
• 3–5 years offshore mechanical experience
• Hands-on maintenance and repair of rig equipment
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong adherence to offshore safety procedures
