1. Deck Foreman / Rigging Supervisor
- 30 years of age and above
- holds minimum secondary level
- with over 8-10 years sea time experience as Deck Foreman/Bosun/AB (5 years of which must be as Deck Foreman/Bosun)
- must hold STCW BST, SDSD, PSCRB
- must present Seamans Book with entry stamps and/or employment certificate
 
2. Deckhand
- must have 3 years sea time experience on same rank
- must hold STCW BST, SDSD, PSCRB
- must present Seamans Book with entry stamps and/or employment certificate
- must hold Opito Banksman and Slinger Initial Training
