Looking for professionals to join our client on different Oil&Gas Land Drilling Rig Projects in the Netherlands and Germany !

Roughneck: 

✅ Successfully completed vocational training, e.g., as a deep drilling technician, mechanic, or electrician
✅ At least 2 years of professional experience
✅ Willingness to work in shifts and travel across Europe
✅ Strong competence in health, safety, and environmental protection (HSE)
✅ High level of commitment, teamwork, and sense of responsibility
✅ English language skills are desirable
✅ SCC018/VCA/MIST or comparable, Forklift license, Medical examination onshore or offshore

Toolpusher: 

✅ Certified technician in drilling technology or shift supervisor in drilling operations, or equivalent international qualification
✅ At least 10 years of practical experience on drilling or workover rigs
✅ Valid IWCF Well Control Certificate – Supervisor Level is an advantage
✅ SCC018/VCA/MIST or comparable, Medical examination onshore or offshore, IWCF Level 3 or 4 certifications
✅ Solid understanding of deep drilling and workover processes on highly automated rigs
✅ High motivation, strong teamwork skills, willingness to travel internationally, interest in further training, and openness to innovative solutions
✅ Good language domain of English and German

Electrician: 

✅ Completed vocational training as an energy or industrial electrician, mechatronics technician, or similar
✅ Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, ideally in drilling or heavy industry
✅ Independent, precise, and safety-conscious working style
✅ SCC018/VCA/MIST or equivalent safety certifications
✅ Valid medical examination for onshore or offshore work
✅ Forklift license (preferred)
✅ Good English skills
