Requirements:
✅ Valid STCW Certification
✅ RO-PAX vessel experience is mandatory for all roles
✅ CO: Minimum 14–18 months in rank
✅ 2O / 3O: Minimum 10 months in rank
✅ BSN / AB / OS / MSM: Minimum 12 months in rank
✅ Cook: Minimum 18 months in rank
