1. Safety Officers – 3000HP Drilling Rigs
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in the oil & gas sector, specifically on 3000HP drilling rigs
NEBOSH/IOSH certifications preferred
Must have a strong understanding of rig safety protocols, audits, incident reporting, and toolbox talks
Must be locally available in Kuwait for local transfer only
Salary Package:
On Duty: 900 KD/month
Off Duty: 500 KD/month
Rotation: 1 Month ON / 1 Month OFF.
 2. Drillers – 1500HP Workover Rigs
Requirements:
Prior experience operating TDS (Top Drive Systems) is a must
Hands-on experience with 1500HP workover rigs
Must be competent in well control, safety procedures, and crew leadership
IADC Well Control certification preferred
Must be locally available in Kuwait for local transfer only
Salary Package:
On Duty: 975 KD/month
Off Duty: 162.5 KD/month
Rotation: 1 Month ON / 1 Month OFF.
