General Qualifications:
-Minimum education of High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent. A Bachelor's Degree (S1) in a relevant field is an advantage, especially for technical and specialist roles.
-A minimum of 2 years of continuous experience in the applied position within onshore drilling operations.
-Physically and mentally fit, as proven by a valid medical certificate.
Specific Qualifications & Required Certifications (For Operational Positions):
-Toolpusher: Must possess a valid Migas (PPDSM) Well Control Expert Certificate (Ahli Pengendali Bor - APB III).
-Driller & Assistant Driller: Must possess a valid Migas (PPDSM) Driller Certificate (Juru Bor - JB).
-Floorman: Must possess a valid Migas (PPDSM) Drill Floor Operator Certificate (Operator Lantai Bor - OLB).
-Welder: Must possess a valid Migas (PPDSM) 6G Welder Certificate.
