 Hiring – Drilling Rig Professionals 

 leading manpower supplier for the oil & gas industry, we, at Ocean Manpower Supply Services, are building our talent pool of drilling rig staff to support our Clients’ upcoming projects across the Middle East, Africa and Turkey.

Invite qualified candidates to apply for the following positions:

1. Driller

 • Qualification: High school /technical diploma, IWCF/IADC Well Control certification.

 • Experience: 6–8 years rig floor experience, 2–3 years as Assistant Driller.

2. Assistant Driller (AD)

 • Qualification: High school/technical diploma, basic well control course.

 • Experience: 4–6 years, including 2+ years as Derrickman.

3. Derrickman

 • Qualification: High school, rig-floor training courses.

 • Experience: 3–4 years, including 1–2 years as Floorman.

4. Floorman (Roughneck)

 • Qualification: High school, basic safety.

 • Experience: 1–2 years in rig operations.

5. Motorman

 • Qualification: High school, mechanical training preferred.

 • Experience: 2–3 years in rig mechanical maintenance or similar.

6. Roustabout

 • Qualification: High school.

 • Experience: Entry-level (0–1 year), physically fit.

 These are minimum standards; many of our clients or operating companies may require higher and additional qualifications (esp. offshore, HPHT, or Deepwater).
