Drilling Group is actively recruiting experienced professionals for our IPM
Drilling Project in West Qurna 2, Iraq, with Lukoil as the end client.
The
project has officially launched, and rig relocation is underway. All
mobilization preparations are expected to be completed by end of September
2025.
🎯 Open
Positions:
Project Manager (1)
· Responsible for contract execution,
overall project planning, coordination, implementation, risk and quality
control, team management, and external liaison to ensure the successful
delivery of the integrated drilling project in compliance with company and
client standards.
Drilling Manager (1)
· Overall on-site management of drilling
operations & technical management (DD, drilling fluids, cementing &
completion). Team coordination, safety & quality control, progress
monitoring, risk management, personnel development, and compliance with client
standards.
HSE Manager (1)
· Develop and manage the HSE system,
ensuring regulatory and client compliance.Lead risk assessments, training,
incident management, performance monitoring, and promote safety culture.
Drilling Supervisor (3)
· Manage drilling engineering support for
the general contracting project. Planning, supervision, resource coordination,
cost & quality control, and technical documentation.
Senior
Cementing Engineer (2)
· Plan, execute, and evaluate cementing
operations. Prepare End-of-Work Reports (EOWRs) and job summaries.
Senior Drilling Fluids Engineer (2)
· Lead drilling fluids activities,
ensuring compliance with standards. Optimize fluid programs, manage risks,
oversee QA/QC, and prepare technical reports.

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior
experience in West Qurna 2 or other Iraq oilfield operations is highly
preferred.
