 Seros Oilfield Services India Ltd. is proud to announce that we have been awarded a prestigious 3000 HP Land Drilling Project in Assam, with a project tenure of over 4 years.
We are inviting seasoned Indian Drilling professionals with proven expertise on 3000 HP Land Rigs equipped with VFD, Amphion, and Cyber Chair systems to become a part of this landmark assignment.
🔧 Open Positions
1. Drilling Superintendent (Site-Based Rig Manager)
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or B.Sc (Technical)
Experience:
o  BE/B.Tech with 15+ years (including 5 years as Rig Manager)
o  OR B.Sc/Diploma with 20+ years (including 10 years as Rig Manager)
Drilling Exposure: Minimum 5 wells using 3000 HP rigs, up to 6000 meters
Age Limit: 55 years
Nationality: Indian only
2. Tool Pusher
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or B.Sc (Technical)
Experience:
o  BE/B.Tech with 10+ years (including 5 years as Tool Pusher)
o  OR B.Sc/Diploma with 15+ years (including 10 years as Tool Pusher)
Drilling Exposure: Minimum 3 wells with 3000 HP rigs, up to 5000 meters
Age Limit: 50 years
Nationality: Indian only
3. Night Tool Pusher
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or B.Sc (Technical)
Experience:
o  BE/B.Tech with 10+ years (including 5 years as Tool Pusher)
o  OR B.Sc/Diploma with 15+ years (including 10 years as Tool Pusher)
Drilling Exposure: Same as above
Age Limit: 50 years
Nationality: Indian only
4. Driller
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or B.Sc (Technical)
Experience:
o  BE/B.Tech with 5+ years (including 3 years as Driller)
o  OR B.Sc/Diploma with 10+ years (including 5 years as Driller)
Drilling Exposure: Minimum 3 wells with 3000 HP rigs, up to 5000 meters
Age Limit: 50 years
Nationality: Indian only
5. Chief Mechanic
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 15+ years (including 5+ years with 3000 HP rigs)
Skills: Expertise in VFD, Amphion & Cyber Chair systems
Age Limit: 50 years
Nationality: Indian only
6. Chief Electrician
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering
License: Valid Electrical Supervisor License (Mines approved)
Experience: 15+ years (including 5+ years with 3000 HP rigs)
Skills: Expert in VFD, Amphion & Cyber Chair systems
Age Limit: 50 years
Nationality: Indian only
