🔧 1. Maintenance Supervisor
🧰 Job Description:
Responsible for all equipment maintenance and repair activities in the rig, ensuring operational reliability and minimizing downtime through preventive & corrective maintenance strategies.
✅ Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead the maintenance team in daily inspections, repairs, and overhauls of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment.
- Compile and execute preventive maintenance schedules according to OEM standards.
- Using the Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) method to detect damage and ensure the integrity of the equipment.
- Supervise the implementation of overhaul equipment and record all maintenance activities neatly.
- Coordinate closely with Rig Supt and Driller to support smooth drilling operations.
 
🌙 Sec. 2. Night Toolpusher
🧰 Job Description:
Act as a company representative during the night shift, overseeing nighttime drilling operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with drilling programs.
✅ Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise drilling activities during the night shift and ensure procedures run safely and efficiently.
- Guiding the Driller and rig crew to execute the drilling plan and maintain the integrity of the rig.
- Monitor important parameters (torque, load on the drill bit, mud level, etc.) and take action if necessary.
- Ensure the correct and procedural use of drilling equipment and materials.
