2. Chief Mechanic
3. Pioneer (Pmk) Electric
4. Mechanic (Pmk) Pioneer
5. Electric
6. Mechanic
7. Motorman
8. Technician (Top Drive)
9. Non Engine Specialist
10. Solid Control Specialist
11. Specialist Instrument and Control
 
General Qualifications:
- Able to work in a team in a field work environment (offshore/onshore)
- Understand the importance of implementing Occupational Health and Safety (K3)
- Physically and spiritually healthy and willing to take a health test according to standards
 
🔍 Education and Experience Qualifications:
1. Positions 1–8 (Chief to Technician):
- Minimum high school/vocational education
- Chief Electric/Chief Mechanic: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field
- Pioneer Electric / Pioneer Mechanic: Minimum 3 years of experience
- Electric/Mechanic/Motorman/Technician: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a related field
 
2. Position 9–11 (Specialist):
- Minimum education of D3/S1 from the engineering department (preferably Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, Instrumentation, and the like)
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a related field
