📌 Open Positions & Requirements:
 
1️⃣ Drilling Superintendent / Rig Manager
 
🎓 Qualification: B-Tech / Diploma in Engineering
📜 Certification: Well Control (IWCF/IADC) & HSE Certification
🔹 Experience: 20+ years in 2000 HP Oil & Gas Drilling, with at least 5 years in the same role
🔹 Expertise: QHSE, Drilling Operations, Well Control, Material Liaison, Project Administration, Forecasting & Planning
 
2️⃣ Tool Pusher
 
🎓 Qualification: B-Tech / Diploma in Engineering
📜 Certification: Well Control (IWCF/IADC) & HSE Certification
🔹 Experience: 15+ years in 2000 HP Oil & Gas Drilling, with at least 4 years in the same role
🔹 Expertise: QHSE, Drilling Operations, Well Control, Operations Planning
 
3️⃣ Night Tool Pusher
 
🎓 Qualification: B-Tech / Diploma in Engineering
📜 Certification: Well Control (IWCF/IADC) & HSE Certification
🔹 Experience: 12+ years in 2000 HP Oil & Gas Drilling, with at least 3 years in the same role
🔹 Expertise: QHSE, Drilling Operations, Well Control, Operations Planning
 
4️⃣ Driller
 
🎓 Qualification: B-Tech / Diploma / B.Sc or equivalent
📜 Certification: Well Control (IWCF/IADC) & HSE Certification
🔹 Experience: 10+ years in 2000 HP Oil & Gas Drilling, with at least 3 years in the same role
🔹 Expertise: Well Control, Crew Shift Management, Drilling Operations, QHSE
 
5️⃣ Preventive Maintenance Engineer – Electrical
 
🎓 Qualification: B-Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
📜 Certification: DGMS & OISD Compliance, Electrical Supervisor License (preferred)
🔹 Experience: 20+ years in 2000 & 3000 HP Drilling Rigs
🔹 Expertise: SCR, VFD, Top Drive System Troubleshooting, Rig Commissioning, Preventive Maintenance Planning
 
6️⃣ Chief Electrician
 
🎓 Qualification: B-Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
📜 Certification: Electrical Supervisor License (Mandatory), Mines Approval, DGMS & OISD Compliance
🔹 Experience: 15+ years in 2000 & 3000 HP Drilling Rigs
🔹 Expertise: SCR, VFD, Top Drive System Troubleshooting, Preventive Maintenance Planning, Spare Part Management
