The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of drilling equipment, personnel management, and safety compliance, as well as excellent leadership, technical, and problem-solving abilities.

This individual will be responsible for maintaining operational schedules, managing safety compliance, and providing leadership to crew members while optimizing rig performance and addressing operational challenges.
