QUALIFICATIONS:
·        Commitment to HSE
·        Enthusiasm to build a new company with cultural diversity
·        8-10 years offshore experience (preferably Jack-up Conventional Rig )
·        At least 2 years in similar capacity with a good safety record
·        HPHT experience desirable
·        Computerized drilling systems experience desirable
