Vanguard Drilling is looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Driller (preferably German-speaking) to join our Land Rig team in Germany.

Requirements:
✅ Proven experience as an Assistant Driller
✅ Preferably German-speaking
✅ Strong knowledge of drilling operations and equipment
✅ Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the daily drilling operations
- Monitor and maintain drilling equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
- Collaborate with the drilling team to optimize performance
