1. Rig Manager
2. Rig Supt
3. Derrickman
4. Toolpusher
5. Asst Driller
6. HSE Officer

Rig Manager :
1. Shall be at least Senior High School (SHS), preferable Bachelor Degree.
2. Shall have minimum 8 years’ experience at location in supervising drilling and WOWS rigs (as Ast. Driller, Driller, Tour Pusher, Tool Pusher or equivalent) with Top Drive. The last 3 years assignment is working as Rig Manager at drilling rig or has cumulative experience as Rig Manager in drilling operation for 5 years. Working experience at Rokan field 1 year or beyond is preferred.
3. Shall have valid International well control certificate IADC or IWCF.
4. Shall have valid AP3 Certificate (GOI Well Control Certificate)
5. shall have recommendation from certified psychologist with minimum result ‘cukup memadai’

Rig Supt :
1. Shall be at least Senior High School (SHS), preferable Bachelor Degree.
2. Shall have minimum 10 years’ experience at location in supervising drilling and/or well service rigs (as Driller, Tour Pusher, Tool Pusher or equivalent) with Top Drive.
3. Shall have valid International well control certificate IADC or IWCF.
4. Shall have valid AP3 Certificate.
5. Shall have valid driver's license (min. SIM A).
6. shall have recommendation from certified psychologist with minimum result ‘cukup memadai'

Tool Pusher :
1. Shall be at least Senior High School (SHS), preferable Bachelor Degree.
2. Shall have minimum 6 years’ experience at location in supervising drilling and WOWS rigs (as Ast. Driller, Driller, Tour Pusher or equivalent) with Top Drive. The last 3 years assignment is working as Tool Pusher in drilling rig or has cumulative experience as Tool Pusher in drilling rig for 4 years. Preferable is having experience to execute Rokan wells at least for 12 months.
3. Shall have valid International well control certificate IADC or IWCF.
4. Shall have valid AP3 Certificate.
5. shall have recommendation from certified psychologist with minimum result ‘cukup memadai’

Driller :
1. Shall be at least Senior High School (SHS).
2. Shall have minimum 4 years’ experience as Driller for drilling and WOWS rigs with Top Drive. The last 2 years assignment is working as Driller in drilling rig. Preferable is having experience to execute Rokan wells at least for 12 months.
3. Shall have valid International well control certificate IADC or IWCF.
4. Shall have valid JB Certificate.
5. shall have recommendation from certified psychologist with minimum result ‘cukup memadai’

Derrickman :
1. Shall be at least Senior High School (SHS).
2. Shall have minimum 2 years’ experience as Derrickman for drilling and WOWS rigs.
3. Shall have valid OMB Certificate.
4. Shall have valid TKBT TK 2 license
