and the rotation schedule as follows:

*Standard Salary* :
1. Salary for Driller, take home pay Rp 11.085.260
2. Salary for Toolpusher, take home pay Rp 12.571.902
3. Salary for Rig Site Manager, take home pay Rp 14.530.000
4. Salary for Crane Operator, take home pay Rp 9.471.700
5. Salary for Crane Technician,take home pay Rp 9.861.500

*Schedule* :
1. Driller = 20 On -10 Off
2. Toolpusher = 20 On - 10 Off
3. Rig Site Manager = 14 On - 14 Off
4. Crane Operator = 14 On - 7 Off
5. Crane Technician = 14 On - 7 Off
