1.     Assistant Driller- Min 2 Years(IADC/IWCF Certified)
2.     Derrick man + Floor hands+ Roustabout-Min 2 Years Experienced( Basic Safety Training, Rig Pass, MBT Training, Mining Certificate by ONGC/Relevant authority)
3.     Mechanic(1Years+) and Senior Mechanic(3 Years+)
4.     Electrician (1 Years+) and Senior Electrician(3 Years+)
5.     Driller- Mobile Rig/SER Rigs- Min 2 Years+ Experienced
6.     Tool Pushers(Min 5 Years+ Experienced)-IWCF Certified
7.     GET-Electrical/Mechanical/Petroleum-Male and Female-Office Based Role
