Qualifications

• Expert knowledge in rig operation, including knowledge of drilling equipment (rotary rigs, top drive, etc.), rig functions, and rig maintenance.
• Previous experience in land drilling operations
• Proficient in understanding and following safety procedures, regulations, and policies to ensure compliance.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in the fast-paced work environment.
• Good communication skills to effectively interact with team members and management.
• Proficient in using computer applications and software relevant to the job.
• A technical degree or certification in a relevant field is a plus.
