It's important to note that working as a roustabout can involve physically demanding tasks, exposure to challenging weather conditions, and long working hours. Safety training and certifications, such as Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training (BOSIET), may be required for offshore roustabout positions.

A roustabout is a general laborer or entry-level position on a land or offshore drilling rig. Roustabouts are responsible for performing various manual tasks and providing support to the drilling crew and other rig personnel. Here are some key aspects of the roustabout role:

35/35 rotation
12- or 24-months renewable contract
