PREREQUISITES:

Rig Manager must have successfully performed the duties of Driller.

Successful completion of pre-hire physical assessment and drug screen

Must hold and maintain a current Well Control certificate

First Aid Training

 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Maintain training (current / certified) as required in the ICD Training Matrix.

Effectively build and maintain the Company culture on the specified rig.

Travel as needed to Company worksites at or before scheduled reporting time.

Maintain security and confidentiality of Company information.

Mathematical skills to perform accurate calculations relating to well control.

Computer skills to perform communication, submittal and data maintenance duties as required.

Ability and willingness to advance the technical knowledge of subordinates to accelerate their career advancement.
